Only two? I have five incisions

I have two small incisions above my belly button and that's it, when they heal I don't think I'll have a scar. I also started my period the day I came home from the hospital. I'm 10 days post op, on full liquids just watery Protein Shakes, Water, and broth. I haven't taken any pain meds the bottle was never opened, I feel blessed to have the surgeon I did, since my pain tolerance is very low. 15lbs down and diabetes seems to be gone ????

For me the pain is much worse than c section. Not even in same league!

I am so uncomfortable after 48 hours I am starting to regret this whole thing, it's not the incisions it's the heart burn and gas.

????

I've never had kids and as I said before I have a low pain tolerance. When I was in the recovery room the gas pains were pretty bad they gave me some strong stuff, but I remembered that a lot of people on here had said that waking helps so as soon as I was able I walked and it did help.

My dr removed the pain pump less than 24 hours after the operation. Then 48 hours he removed all pain pills. Not only am I suffering from the surgery pain but I have a massive Migraine. I'm thinking of checking myself out just so I can get some proper medication to get rid of this head pain.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
