Hey Guys; My sleeve is scheduled for Monday 10/20 @ noon. Great to see guys (no disrespect meant to the girls). I look forward to following you and allowing you to follow me. I'll have to remember to check-in and report out regularly. Super excited about Monday. I'm a "surgery" expert, so this procedure doesn't worry me at all. At 51 and now single....YAY! Oh; sorry....lol....I feel this procedure is the start of my very lengthy "bucket list", of which, I am now completely in control of.....YaY! This is all about me....finally! Not the kids, not the Ex....just little old me....well, not little... I've been living the lifestyle since June 2014 and have lost a bundle of weight and feel great. I just might make it to my goal weight....as defined by the experts....of 155. I think I was last 155 in Kindergarten....lol. I'm spending this weekend getting my business in order.....cleaning my apartment, shopping for stage 2 foods, walking the dogs, listening to meditation/relaxation recordings, etc. Trying to decide what to pack for the hospital. But being a guy - I may just wear out - what I wear in....and take some essentials in a shaving bag sorta thing. Hey dtill1147 where did you get that scale thingy above? I'd like to have that for tracking/posting.

Hi Lag50, simple, look at the very top of page you will see your login name, at the end of it should be a little cog or wheel looking icon click on it then from the options pop up select trackers. The rest you can follow the directions. Man our big day is close, they called me and mine is set for 11:00 AM so I will beat you by 1 hour.LOL

All right guys....less than 24hrs. Whatcha doin? Resting? Stressing? Eating? LOL. I'm just chillin....cleaning a little so I can come home to a clean apt, did my phase 2 shopping, a little home office organization, laundry so I can come home to a Downy Fresh bed....lol. Took my pups to the doggie resort so I don't have to worry about them for a few days until I feel better. Been on liquids for the past 2 days so trying not to spend any unnecessary energy...lol. Ummmm......that's about it.

I am in the hotel right now resting. I was flying for 24 hrs and had very little sleep. Haven't eaten during that time either...and not hungry...not sure if it is nerves or something else...

Stressing a bit. I have to be at the hospital at 7am. I worked today so I wouldn't have too much free time to freak.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
