How do i use this app?

Hello maybe someone could help me? I'm a bit confused on how to use this app how on earth do u post a story or questions? I see where it says tell your story I just can't figure out how to do it I'd appreciate any tips or advice thanks!

The way I did it was by going to forum page and picking the topic I want it to go under and the upper right corner there is something to pick new thread. I don't know if I explained this right maybe someone will help out also. Good luck
