I am not there yet but asked that question at the start. I would talk to your nut. You need to increase your calorie intake and find the balance that works for you.

Your body will level off and gain and then maintain. I am there right now. It is a difficult process but it is none the less part of this journey.

Caloric intake may be a factor and keeping a 5 lb up or down goal. You may have to up your calories to not lose any more. I now weigh myself once a week and I watch the 5 lb limit.

It is definitely something to get used to when all you have ever wanted was to lose weight....

I suffer from reactive Hypoglycemia and am having a terrible time with it......I am so concerned I will gain too much back because of it....

Nevertheless keep a watchful eye on it and enjoy a little bit of freedom from the opposite of trying hard to lose the weight. :)

Calorie intake sounds like a good idea but I eat whatever I want I don't deprive myself If I want a peice of cake I have it just not often but I still eat small portions and I stay away from foods

No I meant if you keep losing that maybe you will have to up the calories bit by bit.

I don't count them either but I know when I have eaten more calories then I usually do. So upping a little each week will help stabilize your weight. Then you can work from there! :)

"How long after sleeve does the weight [loss] completely stop?"

Weight loss after surgery is not based on how far out one is from surgery. It happens because we change how much we eat and the kinds of food we eat. Therefore the weight loss will stop when you change your diet again.

I have read in one of the various Post-Op instruction guides that the weight loss with stablize about 8-12 months after surgery.

Just like on that show Extreme Weight Loss you got to get it while you can with-in that time zone, meaning for at least a year be super mindfull of your diet and lots of cardio and weight training. From what I gather the contestant on that show work-out 2-3 hours a day-maybe more. (I am not saying you have to do that just saying what they do to get from their weight to their goal weight in 1 year some lose 147 lbs or more in 1 year.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
