How do you delete posts you have made

I feel ignored a lot and want to delete some posts

You can ask a host or Alex to delete a thread.

I looked at the threads that you have started that have not gotten any responses and noticed that the majority were posted in the wee hours of the morning. Most people read threads by going to "current threads" and if they're not awake at that time they won't ever see them to respond because they would have to scroll through a hundred + posts.

The only other thing that I noticed on the threads with no responses is that you weren't clear on what you wanted. If you have a question get right to the point and don't bury it in a bunch of extraneous info. If you need support, state that upfront.

BTW... no one is going to judge you based on unresponded threads. Personally, I wouldn't bother deleting them. If you still need an answer or support, post a reply to your own thread and ask for help (clearly and concisely). Also do it between 6pm eastern to 12pm eastern. More people are on and responding at those times.

Good luck!

One more thing to do is to post a profile picture. Research shows that more people click and read on posts by users with profile pics. :)

I agree with the above statements majority people work and log. On in the evenings we are not ignoring you we are just not awake at the time we are here for you .

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
