Really pee-ed off!

Ok that was weird. I just tried to edit this post and ended up deleting it all!!

Anyway to recap despite sticking religiously to 900-1100 calories a day my weight is up 4.5lbs and I can work out why! I know it's fluid retention but can't find the cause. It's driving me crazy as I'm working so hard at eating healthily. I know it not muscle weight as I'm not allowed to exercise heavily yet. I just feel like throwing a full blown tantrum with screaming, yelling and stamping of the feet !

I do experience it. In the last 3 weeks, while maintaing a constant clothing size, my weight has ranged from 247 to 262. There's just no way, you know?
