I love the Muscle Milk powder also. They have many flavors to choose from include red velvet cake.

I reallylike the Unjury mix. It is a little bit of a pain to have to order it online but it mixes well with skim milk and tastes great.

I have only tried vanilla Unjury. It's pretty good. I mix mine with skim milk. I wish I could get it a little thicker. Any suggestions? I would like to try the chocolate and strawberry flavor. Are the

I love Eas Carb Control shakes! They are great pre-op, but honestly, I don't think 17g is going to cut it post op. I really like premier protein. 30g of protein!!!

Thanks sooo much. I will get some from Sams and see how the taste is for me. May as well start getting use to it now. Lol

I don't know why, but I haven't tried Unjury yet. That being said, my favorites seem to be Bariatric Advantage Chocolate (powder) and the Premier Protein (premix).. I also like Six-star Cookies n Creme and their Decadent Chocolate. Not a big fan of Vanilla powder shakes (too sweet) unless mixed with something like a banana or PB2.

I only wish I could understand why Bariatric Advantage is 5x the cost of other brands like Six-Star ($75 for a bag versus $14.88 for Six-Star at Walmart)...

My surgeon's office told me I could only use their bariatric advantage and celebrate mixes. I prefer the brand I can get at sam's club. They are also 45 dollars cheaper than the stuff at the doctor's office. I checked the nutritional information on a tub of both bariatric advantage and premier protein. They are the basically same thing.
