Sniff sniff.. my journal.. where is my journal?? sniff sniff :-(

I was able to get to my journal by using Sunshine's link in her signature (Thanks!) Scroll up a couple of messages to see her post. Of course, I would like to get there a little easier so hopefully they will fix that soon.

*Josette runs through LBT screaming hysterically!!! WAIT... I gotta calm down! Change is hard to deal with but it'll be good in the long run. It'll all be ok People! If we have to relearn how to do some things or put up with errors for a few days, so be it! None of us are paying for this wonderful website. Hang in there. Alex is working to make it bigger and better for us all!

Thanks Alex! I LOVE the new colors!!!

Mine is still broken too. When I post it gives me the can't find page error, the same error when I try to open a thread in anyway other than directly clicking on the thread. All the skips to places, like view first unread or clicking to view a response to a thread, give me the error.

I like the changes, and I can totally understand the need for ads.

What bothers me is the Teal text on the lighter teal background is killing my eyes. It is way too hard to read.

Either black text or a white background should solve the problem. Pretty please.

I like the new colors, but when I click on the arrow that used to take me to unread messages in a thread, I get an error page.

Patience my dear LBT users ;-) We're actively working on the forums. Just keep me updated with any issues you're having.

If there is any way to change the color(s) back to black and white - the green/teal is icky. Also, can we 'x' out the ads on the right?

We're going to have an option for LBT users to select different "skins." Hopefully we'll have enough options so we can make everyone happy.

The advertisements on the right have to stay for now but we're looking into options to limit them to a degree for registered members. I've been paying for LBT out of my own pocket the last few years and we've grown quite a bit. All this costs money and I don't want to ever ask any of our users for $$$. Allowing advertisers on the site will allow us to grow and add new and useful features to the site. Over the next few weeks we'll be adding new options and making changes. I hope everyone will be happy when we're done! I'm going to try my hardest to make sure that there's as little downtime on the site as possible.

Although I was thinking nasty thoughts in my head last night and this morning when things were not working in here.. I just want to say thank you, thank you.. THANK YOU for keeping this site online. It's been soooooooo awesome in it's information and support. It's one of the best resources for us bandsters!!! I don't mind the ads at all if it will help keep this site online.

Ditto! Thanks so much, Alex, for your hard work and your $$$ to keep the site running. The ads are definitely worth having the site up and going--I'm glad you found an alternative to self-pay. Now, if we could just do that for the band!

I love the new look, but I do miss having the newly updated posts at the top of the main page. Now, I have to go to "New Posts" and then go back to the main page, refresh it, and then go back to "New Posts" to get that page to show the newest posts.

Hi Alex,

Those of us older LBT members can testify that we've always squirmed at changes you've made in the past. Through time, we've adjusted. :D

The ad's on the right do not bother me. If these ad's are the reason that we can continue using this site for free, then so be it!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
