Great I'll update my sheet! I will start the first new thread for us a tad early on May 27th so we can get a new one started with surgeries!

If you all can fill in the side info (I gotta do it too!) I can add it to the sheet

Let us know your name and where you are from too! :)

I just finished with 5 hours of yard work. Ill be feeling it tomorrow!! But I want it done so I dont have to deal with it post op. I really need to get my bedroom clean too. LOL

Hi everyone. My first name is Dev and as of this morning I'm at 279. Preop is getting the ball rolling pretty good!

I'm also thinking about the best way to approach size staging, like if I should buy ahead a few sizes and how much. Hard to think by fall we'll be down a few sizes already, especially you guys out there.

I think all my info is already in my side bar other than my real name (which I'd rather not use, sorry guys) and my surgeon. I tried to add my surgeon, but the website told me they couldn't find him, probably cause not a lot of people using this site get cut in Germany, but if anyone is interested, I'm seeing Dr. Johannes Sander and he's pretty great. I'll update my day of surgery weight on Wednesday, but my guess is it will be between 250-253, just judging from how the past week and half on the pre-op diet has been. Not too bad :)

I put new basemoulding and cased the doors in my whole downstairs yesterday. Let me tell you getting up and down from the floor and standing 100 of times when you are 100lbs. Overweight makes you REALLY sore!!!! The thing that sucks is we cannot have ibuprofen, BOO!!!

I think we can take Tylenol any body know?

No Tylenol. Yes on ibuprofen. I'm miserable without being on it. Tylenol just doesn't help my joint pain at all.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
