Nerve pain from heavy breasts after surgery

Recommended Posts

The last month I have experienced nerve pain in my left collar bone, which I believe is caused from my heavy chest, possibly a pinched nerve from my bra strap. Even though I have lost many inches from every area of my body, my chest seems to be the last to shrink. Has anyone else experienced nerve pain in their collar bone area from bras or even when they don't wear bras? I am 5 months post op.

I also haven't lost much from the boobie zone, but I haven't had nerve pain. Maybe a chiropractor could help? Also, I recently treated myself to a proper bra fitting, which I had never done before. I bought a couple of new bras which were pretty expensive, but also make an amazing difference in terms of good support & how my clothes look. It couldn't hurt to get a fitting & see if a new and/or different style of bra might help get rid of the pain.

I going to go have a bra fitting next week--I've never done it either. I've lost a significant amount in that area. I think I'm a 42 Long now....

Looking forward to having that area lifted next year :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
