Has anyone heard of B12 Nascobal

Recommended Posts

I am using Nascobal and its $25 a month for the medication and all the Vitamins that come with it. I haven't had any problems with it.

same boat as everyone else here with the B12 , yet in time I managed to keep everything at a norm by using AdvoCare and some pf there supplemental products. Even was able to stay away from coffee now which I never thought I could do with there "Spark" . this is big for me to say because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee.

That's awesome with the Advocare products. I've actually been using them for a few years. Absolutely love spark and their supplements. I became a distributor with them in 2012. Awesome products.

I use the Nascobal, it seems to work fine I haven't used any other forms than the nasal spray. It costs me $25/month for the nascobal and all of my other Vitamins through the company. and it gets delivered to me. Thought it was a pretty good offer.

How do the Vitamins taste to you?

I am using the nascobal as well. I actually really like the Iron pills, but the multi and Calcium are just ok taste wise. I can change to actual pills you swallow at 3 months post op and I think I will go with that and get a monthly B12 shot simply to not have to taste those vitamins!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
