Additional pregnancies easier after the sleeve?

Recommended Posts

Yep and we're out of pocket on this.

I can't do any out of pocket expenses our doing is going to college next year and that's why I can't play for the tubal reversal

Oh ok. Our insurance didn't cover the tubal reversal either. We financed it through Care Credit and paid later.

I don't want to take out any loans

Have any of you ladies had any body contouring prior to pregnancy? I'm considering it, but I think it would be a complete waste of time and money to do it before becoming pregnant. What do you all think?

As someone who just had baby post-sleeve. I would definitely wait on any contouring until after pregnancy. My body changed from pre-pregnancy to after. And definitely stretched a lot during pregnancy. I joked with my husband that I had 115lbs of extra skin and still wound up with some stretch marks I didn't have before!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
