117 lbs down! 7 months out :)

  • Popular Post

Well I had lost 101lbs 5 months and 117lbs as of 7 months. LOVE MY SLEEVE! How much more do you think I can lose? HW 325, SW 301, CW 209. My goal in my head was 175lbs but I REALLY think I can get to a normal BMI of 140lbs. I'm trying really hard by exercising, Proteins and lots of Water. Any suggestions? Februarly only lost 4 lbs but March lost 10 lbs. Really hoping for 15lb loss for April to get me to well under ONDERLAND!!!! Happy Sleeving all :)

I eat Protein first & lots of Water. Premier Protein shakes and Quest bars are my best friends :-)

Nice work! I lost like that, though maybe not quite as fast. I agree, you can probably get down lower, though the closer you get to goal, the harder it becomes. I thought I was going to slide into goa

You are AMAZING! If you want to get to 140 there's absolutely nothing standing in your way. I'm so proud of you.

thanks everyone!

Nice work! I lost like that, though maybe not quite as fast. I agree, you can probably get down lower, though the closer you get to goal, the harder it becomes. I thought I was going to slide into goal the way I was losing, but I've been stuck at this weight for over 3 months. Just keep what you are doing until it doesn't work any more - though you could be one of the lucky ones who just slide on in! You look great, and congrats on an amazing success!

Wow. That's fabulous. What did you eat and do to lose that much weight so fast??? I'm 5 weeks out and I'm approaching 25 pounds but it seems to be slowing down. I'm lifting weights and walking 4-5 days per week.

Teach me!!! Lol. I'm 6 weeks out and down 42 lbs. 13 of that from pre op. I always eat protein first and only drink water!!! I want to lose 120 more pounds. Seems sooo unreachable but clearly it is

I'm in a dreaded stall!

Sounds like you got this handled!

I'm at 237 lbs right now! Ugh

Just keep Protein up, calories/carbs low, drink your Water and exercise. It will come off :) track your food and exercise on MFP or similar app.

  • 2 weeks later...

Wow @sherry24181

Please share your calories per day and exercise regimen. You have some of the best numbers I've seen! We are about the same starting weight and my goal is between 140-155.

  • 2 weeks later...

Wow! You are an amazing inspiration to me! What do you keep your calories/fat/carbs at per day? And what are you doing for exercise? Thanks!

Congratulations!!!

Awesome!!! Our starting number is the same. My goal is 165. I'm 2months out and 60 down. But it's been real work to get that 60 off. I'm in awe of you!!!! I know it's annoying when we get all caught up in the "numbers" but what's your protein, calorie and water intake each day??? You look fabulous!!!
