How much weight did you loose in the first 4 weeks?

I know everyone is different and I know everyone looses weight at different speeds but how much weight on average did you loose each week in the first 4 weeks? I am eating 3 small meals a day and having one snack but my weight loss seems really slow, I lost more in the 2 weeks before my operation than I have since the op.

I have lost 40 pounds since Jan 1 2014, that said my surgery was February 18, 2014, at that time I was about 224.00 so sice surgery 25 ponds I think that how it is...:) for the first time in years I am under 200 pounds......... love it
