I go to surgery in one week- 2/19
I started the process at the end of December 2013 and it has taked until now to get approval from my insurance for surgery. I have lost 15 pounds since I started this process!!!! I have one week left of the pre operative diet- liquid meals now for one week. I really should lose 80 pounds- overall not sure if that is realialtic and I just lwant to be healthier over all and be able to enjoy exersise. Perhaps my GERD, arthrtisis, and sleep apnea will improve?
