  9. Don t worry I have been told. Your body is adjusting. I am in the same boat for about one month. To change my bodies norm I gave switched up my exercise program and then to be sure I Don t over do. I use a app to keep track of my food. I have done this for about a week. I am hoping to get off this stall. The weight right afterm surgerythromycin came off fast. I got spoiled everythema I got on the scale it was instant gradifiction . Now. I really have to watch and count what I eat and count water to make sue I am d king it right. I am tempted to go back to shakes for am and pm until I see results I am not feeling successful this last month. Hang in there with me. Maybe our bodies need to adjust
  10. Hang in there. Our bodies work differently. Perhaps we were overweight longer!! The surgery is really not a quiclue fix. Still I know for me it will be a life long struggle

  12. I just turned 57. I had surgery Feb 19. Since Jan 2014 I have lost over 50 pounds. My blood pressure is normal. I do not snore and gird is gone. Also arthritis pain is gone thanks to surgery. While I hope to lose more weight I am so happy. I seem to lose slower than others I feel healthier than I have from several decades I just recently started walking and exercising. I would recommend surgery if you have your doctor's blessings. Good luck and keep us posted.

  18. My surgery was February 19 2014 and I have been at a 3 week stall, before that always losing. How do you break a stall?

  20. How do I get over a 3 week stall? How long will I lose my hair? I have cut it short but it is getting very thin? Help?? I was sleeved 2/19/2014
  21. Everyone seems to be hapy with the surgery. I have however, hit a snag. Perhaps a stall- I have been stuck for the last three weeks no scale change?? my hair loss is awful.............. anyone have these issues or solutions, hints?
  22. I have just recently went down in pant size with a budge on the scale. I guess everyone is different- at first right after surgery I think my stomach was sollen from the procedure in the hospital. Now I lose weight every couple weeks, and in between I go down in pant size.
  23. Does anyone how many months you lose hair?
  24. Everyone seems to be doing great and happy for the results............ getting down a few pant sizes really feels good doesn't it. Keep up the good work!!
  25. How you all are doing well and continue to follow the course, have energy and losing!!!
  26. My pants are falling off, yet I do not show a budge on the scale- How does this happen? February 19, 2014- had surgery- not perfect eater, but try and get in all my Protein and Water My body keeps shifting every so many months. I usually gain weight or hold weight in my stomach, when I lose, it is not always in the stomach, so then I feel really fat again because my stomach protrudes. The I will lose in the stomach and feel more proportionate. The it starts all over again, Now I have lost weight, my pants fall off, but I still have a bigger stomach. Does this happen to anyone else? In the beginning I lost all boobs, but they are fine now. The only other problem is I have hair loss. I have stalls, but then a week or so later I drop several pounds, so I don't call them stalls anymore.
