keratosis pilaris appears 3 months after being sleeved?

I was sleeved in Dec 2013. I just noticed what looks like keratosis pilaris on my forearms (underneath) and underside of my upper arms. Has this happened to anyone else? It's on both arms, doesn't itch, and is just lots of tiny skin colored bumps. I had a lot of skin issues before surgery so this doesn't surprise me

I had KP prior to surgery, just wanted to throw out there that if you have it, you may want to try the Cerave Renewing Lotion on it. That's what I use for mine and it works wonders for me. My dermatol

I spontaneously grew a few skin tags after surgery, so I think skin problems are probably normal.

That said, I want to thank you for teaching me this term! I have a small patch of this under my chin and have been looking for YEARS for a name for it or a treatment, and after looking up keratosis pilaris, I now know what to look for! Thank you!!!!
