iphone, my fitness [al, Fitbit and a food scale. Measuring, weighing and tracking have been critical to my success! Being able to do this on a phone in my pocket makes it easy!

Several things stand out.

1. My spiralizer (makes veggies into noodles)

2. My many Water bottles

3. YouTube (for the many food ideas)

4. My measuring cups and scale

5. I wish I had an amazing blender. Bullets and regular blenders are not powerful enough to make a good smoothie

6. My measuring tape (for depressing days when I think I have not lost anything, my tape always tells me otherwise)

7. My food processor (allows me to use whole vegetables and fruits to make my own sauces I.e Kale pesto)

8. Did I mention my awesome spiralizer lol

9. My mandoline (for slicing veggies)

10. My spray container for oil. I am very oil sensitive and the sprayer makes it easy to only use a little bit (like a Pam spray but I add my own oil to the container, pump and spray)

And that spiralizer..... haha I am being so silly tonight LOL (I just got it recently and it is my culinary staple!)

Bella cucina blender and Lap Band talk. I really benefited from reading post of Carolina Girl,Missy, B52, Joanne, Jim, 2muchfun, without this forum, I would have been very isolated. While the doc was my final answer, you all have helped more than you know. Many Thanks!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
