Try Quest bars. They're awesome and they're low in carbs. Most of them are 160-170 calories each and 20 grams of protein.

I eat hard boiled eggs every day for breakfast. Beans are high protein. Peas, Broccoli, and spinach have good amounts of protein too. I love the Morning Star Farms Spicy Black Bean burgers. I spread a little hummus on them. Yummy.

There are also Protein shots you can take they are low in carbs and high in protein, you can also look for soy protein and tofu.

You want to find things that are going to help your band work and more solid protein. How about fish?

I like the Pure Protein bars....20 grams of protein 190 calories

IDS New whey liquid Protein shots. 42g of protein in a 3.4oz tube.....maybe start with half of one at a time.

180 calories and less than 2g of carbs.

I agree about Quest Bars!! Try the cookie dough ones! They are a treat in themselves!!

Im not a big meat eater either but I do love elk and moose , salmon, tuna , turkey jerky, peanut butter , Luna bars, Belvita Breakfast biscuts ( Walmart or most other grocery stores in the cookie aisle, I didnt like the choc ones but the cinnamon brown sugar are the best ! ) Also try almonds , sunflower seeds or Somersaults , a sunflower seed snack.

I love eggs, refried beans and lentil soups with less salt, tuna is great, also halibut. Add cottage cheese too. Learning to cook healthy green veggies also is a great way to get protein in.

Scuba chic!!! What is that???

Lol! It's actually soybeans I think. They are green and the size of a large pinto bean. You can buy them in the pod or shelled, both in frozen food section. They are super high in protein. I love them. Pictsweet brand has a microwaveable individual container that has them still in the Pod, sprinkled with sea salt. The container basically steams them in the microwave. I have bought the shelled ones before and steamed them too. Mmmmm yum.

Please google "the dark side of soy" first.
