Chiming in late to this thread.... My Sleeve was done on the 13th. Please add me to the list. So far so good. I've shared a few of the same problems, but only mildly so. I have my 3 week check in tomorrow. We'll see how all is going then. I'm still in search of my goto protein....

Cheers to the whole group!!

I think my almost 2 week stall has finally ended! Pre op-229

SW (3/3)-220.1

1 month-209

Today-208.5

It's been slow coming off but I know without my sleeve, it would be miserable and 20.5 pounds heavier!

Glad the scale moved. We all need to trust it will work & not let our emotions get away.

Hi everyone! I'm new here. I Had my lap band removed and revised to sleeve on March 6th. Surgery date I weighed 245 and yesterday was my one month post op date and I weighed-in at 225!!! I was told that often people who go from band to sleeve don't lose much weight, but I will see! .. So far I'm very pleased with my progress.

I had revision also but I believe we will all get what we put into this journey. We are each writing our own story.

I'm on purée stage but I'm finding it hard to consume a full serving (3 oz) and that makes if really hard to track my nutritional intake. Anyone else ?????

my surgeon limits me to 1/4 cup of any food, must work, I've never been nauseous or in pain. I plan to stay 1/4 cup until I reach goal ;)

Usually depends on what I am eating. I was allowed scrambled eggs on pureed and I could only stand a couple bites. But then if I was eating, say, Tomato Soup, I could definitely get in 3oz or so.

For me, I eat until I am full, and that's it. Even if it is only two bites. I'm not going to force down 3oz and be uncomfortable just because a piece of paper says so :P.

Well said, I could easily eat more than 1/4 cup but I won't

I found that the scrambled eggs that I once used to love now give me a bad case of the back- door trots lol

I was so afraid I would not be able to eat them. I really have not had any issues with foods...so far

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
