MY SURGERY IS IN 15 DAYS.. WHAT SHOULD I HAVE IN MY HOUSE..

GOING SHOPPING... WHAT SHOULD i HAVE IN MY HOUSE THAT I WILL BE NEEDING.. I THOUGHT I WOULD SEE A LIST ON HERE AS TO WHAT TO HAVE IN THE FRIDGE AND IN THE KITCHEN SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO RUN TO THE STORE... I HAVE SOME FROZEN CROCK POT MEALS READY FOR MY HUBBY... HE IS IN EARLY ALZHEIMER'S... SO I HAVE TO MAKE SURE HE IS TAKEN CARE OF.. AND I HAVE TO MAKE SURE I HAVE EVERYTHING BECAUSE I'M THE ONLY DRIVER HERE. THANKS FOR ANY ADVISE YOU CAN GIVE.....JEWELJ

Jello and Protein drinks for sure. Also, you can get unflavored Protein powder to use to mix with things. Here is a suggestion: when you can progress to yogurt

1 yogurt cup

1/2 cup milk

1 scoop of protein powder

blend well in blender and chill, sip on this should help some with protein intake.
