Fiber fiber fiber...Fiberall cereal, fiberall snacks, all fiber breakfast bars. They are all good! Checkem out

Drink a lot of water and put Benefiber in your water. I had the same problem and that took care of it.

Increase your water intake and try about 8 raw almonds a day.

I use apple juice....if it's been a while and afraid things might be getting "built up" then I drink a glass of apple juice. Usually takes care of things within about 12 hours! Also eat granola bars as snacks and try to eat shredded wheat for breakfast once in a while. Good luck!

If you up your fiber, make sure you also up your Water. I knew someone who did not do this and became impacted (cannot remember the official term). It was not a nice thing.

For me the added fiber does not make a difference, I still have problems sometimes. I did when I was following Atkins, too. I tried everything from nuts to FiberOne to juices... doesn't seem to make much difference for me.

I've heard prune juice mixed with apple or orange juice does the trick...but I've never personally tried it. Good luck!

pineapple is also really stringy and tends to get stuck in a lot of people. My doc has a warning list. Foods that many people have problems with and pineapple is one of them.

WOW! I have never had a problem thank goodness!

Let's see, drink prune juice mixed with orange juice, OR,

be constipated.

I'm still thinking.....

I laughed because I developed this "monster" problem too.

Benefiber orange tablets has fixed me and they taste good too.
