That is true but it sure feels good when you dump the stuff doesn't it? Some folks are concerned about the loose skin on their bellies and that's ok, but I like mine. It reminds me of what I got rid of. What a relief! :)

I totally agree!!! I have lost 98 pounds since I started seeing my doctor in February this year. 69 since surgery. I relate to the 100 pound's of fat picture and actually almost puked in my mouth a little! That's just nasty. Seeing that really put into perspective my work I've done.

I to don't mind my skin. I'm married (12 years) and my husband said the same he doesn't care it's our reminder. It's part of the person he loves. It's what I will never let myself return to.!! :)

I love the views you guys put out here so different than my own. Forces me to check myself often!! And I love it!! :)
