On Day 4 of preop liquid diet 800 calories- did I just cheat? Drs office not answering and this drink just saved my life but it taste so satisfying I feel like I'm cheating 130 calories/17 grams carbs/13 grams protein

I'm sure you will be fine, it's not as if you went out and ate a big heavy meal, just get back on track :)

What's the sugar content? I'm always looking for options when I'm out and about - and it sounds tasty.

13 grams of sugar-not sure if that's bad-grande size should have went with tall

They use sugar free syrups I drink skinny latte pre and post (maybe 1 or 2 a month)the biggest concern is caffeine ....I always go decaf

Well ok not all their syrups are sugar free like they dont use sf pumpkin so make sure you ask :)
