Arm Lift And Upper Leg Lift....should I Do Them Together?

So great to hear your update! What a wonderful success story you are.

Has anyone had either of these plastics done? Any advice and should I have them done together or separately? Healing time? Pain? I had a breast lift last March and it was a piece of cake.
