Can you be more specific? What are your total calories at? How much protein/carbs/fat? Are you logging everything you eat into something like myfitness pal? what exactly does your workout include?

With those details I'm sure people can give you more specific advice.

What GG said. Gotta log it so you can see where the issues are. Are you following the sleeve basics? That seems to help lots of people get back on the horse.

Protein first

64 oz minimum Water

Don't drink with your meals.

If you want to get back on track, it might be a good idea to just try to stick to what worked for you early in your program. Can you visit your doctor or nut for a check up? Good luck.

im 11 months out also. i log on mfp religiosly, stay below 1000 cals a day. dont exercise like i should. afraid ive reahed my "happy weight" and wont be able to lose more without some serious effort. but i feel complacent and pretty comfortable at this weight. size 14. 23 pounds to goal.

ill bet that the increase in your exercise will get that scale moving again. Hang tough! we'll get there.

How far away from goal are you?

we all know we are going to hit the wall someday, i think that scares me more than surgery, even with all my limitations, i don't feel like i am,"dieting". i am loosing so slowly now i am going to have to diet to reach goal....shades of bad memories

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
