Just wondering if anyone knows off hand if they cover the Lap-Band.

You'll get the appropriate answer. Sometimes different policies with the same company can have different riders. Might depend on if your workplace bought the Bariatric rider or not. That's why it is important to call them and find out what your specific policy includes.
