As long as you are doing what you are supposed to (diet restrictions, lifting, etc) your chances of a leak go down every day. Just be sure you are doing the right stuff!! Welcome to the group! Don't advance your diet on your own... the stages are there for a reason. Get all of your protein, and drink your water, and you will be fine :)

Yep just do as you are told and it'll work out! But don't don't don't advance your diet before, measure your meals and you'll do great? Did they do a leak test on you before you left the hospital? Mind didn't just wondering.

Chances are very slim that you will get a leak if you are fallowing the rules. :) That in mind, live your life; figure out your new normal; but if something doesn't feel right, call your doctor. He/She will tell you if you should be worried or not. :)

Sleeved on the same day as you following the rules. Leaks to my knowledge is not related to excess or wrong foods but is a surgical complication. Meaning it appears in the first two days postoperatively . So once you are a week past you shiuld have minimal worries about leaks.
