I feel really hungry and thirsty and still have many questions about where to find protein shakes or what brands to look for can someone help??? Please anything is helpful

It's normal to feel hungry for at least a couple weeks. I had hunger pains for weeks. It does go away. You can buy the protein shakes anywhere a good one is at Costco. But Walmart, target vitamin shopp. Just get one that has a lot of protein. Hope this helps.

The problem I found with many protein shakes is that the base is animal protein and it was very harsh on my stomach - egg protein gave me the best results and taste + it was natural - they sell it at whole foods - stick to natural or organic you spent way too much and risked too much to waste it away on just any product -
