  3. It's normal to feel hungry for at least a couple weeks. I had hunger pains for weeks. It does go away. You can buy the protein shakes anywhere a good one is at Costco. But Walmart, target vitamin shopp. Just get one that has a lot of protein. Hope this helps.
  4. Congrats I know I was scared. And to be honest after I had it done I wished I didn't. But after about a week I knew I made the right choice. I felt so good. And I only lost 5 lb I think. But it's the lil things that you start to notices. Congrats on starting your new life.
  5. I had surgery at the end of May 2012 .Everything went well. I was losing weight about 10 lb a month. In Nov i was told I had pneumonia so I was not able to work out. I work as a soccer coach. First day back out on the field I hurt my back. So again no working out. They keep putting me on steroids. I have lost 70lb but for the last month I have lost nothing and gained 3 lb. I am so scared to gain it all back. I fell that I'm eating more then I used to. How do I get out of being stuck even if I can't work out
