23 lbs to go

Nice to be in this section. Sooooooooooooo slow though. I've only lost 7 lbs since Christmas. Nothing in the past month. It does get discouraging but I have to keep trudging on. There is NO way I'm going to let myself gain the weight back. I've suffered too long, spent way too much money, and worked too hard to goof it up!! I've lost 60 lbs since my surgery in July of last year.

I've lost more since this last picture. I weigh 172.8 now.

    YAY! As of today, I now have 20.6 to lose. That took a full month to go down only lose .6 Went up and down within 3 lb for the last month. Stalls happen and they are NOT FUN!!
