Pre-op Diet I can live with...

So, I received my surgery info this morning and my pre-op diet is defintely something I can live with. Calories are 800-1000 per day, high Protein 60-100g per day for 10 days starting July 5. This diet includes: protein supplements, healthy frozen meals (my favorites: Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers and Smart Ones). I eat the meals twice a day (lunch/dinner), Protein shakes twice a day, fruit for Snacks and lots of Water and sugar free drinks and popsicles. I can do this!!!!!
