Oops forgot to post mine. I've actually had two bad moments unfortunately. Once was pizza, I wanted some so bad I took a bite. But when it was in my mouth I felt guilty and spit it out but tasted AMAZING but just couldn't swallow. Second was actually just tonight. My family had gotten Boston market. I LOVE their food but knew I couldn't eat anything except potatoes and maybe corn so I was satisfied. But then they opened up the Mac and cheese which before surgery I could eat the whole thing by myself. I gave in a had a spoonful. Was it good, hell yea, was it worth it, don't think so especially cuss I'm only a month out and only down 27 pounds.

I caved a few weeks ago. Throughout the day I ate a whole sleeve of ritz crackers. Also..for the fizz factor and my caffeine habit I always have a open can of coke zero in the fridge (my guilty pleasure). Take sips of it off and on. My surgery date was April 22....21 pounds lost.

I'm having issues with the healthy choice frozen yogurts. Yeah, only 100 calories and probably not that bad...but I don't just eat one...and I'm supposed to be low carb. I only eat one at a time...sure. But I ate THREE of them today. And a spoonful of Peanut Butter.< /p>

I hate the poster lmbo kidding but unfortunately I don't know if its cheat cuz I'm 1 year out & today I made a BBQ and ate steak & 2 bites of hotdogs & more steak & the worst I had soda. I haven't had soda in months cuz I did like 6 months post up. I feel guilty then again I don't. I'm 109 pounds. So it doesn't matter but now I'm suffering my stomach doesn't feel well :(

I think the big thing is to look at it like a one time thing. I know I used to let "mistakes" be an excuse to fail entirely. I'd cheat on a diet and then give up on the whole thing.no more. Now I think it's more motivation to get back on the horse.

Those Healthy Choice frozen yogurts are really good. I tried them before my surgery when I was looking for alternatives to ice cream for when it gets hot. I had trouble keeping my husband away from them! :-)

For me, if i can't have something that makes me want it that much more. My nut has cleared me to try anything. Nothing is off limits as long as i eat it in moderation and get my Protein in and stop at the first sign of fullness. Life is good and i love my tool :)

My worst so far was Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I was having a hard day with not feeling 'normal' and we were out on a day trip and came across a B&J shop. I got a small of my favorite flavor, which had been discontinued years ago and they brought it back literally a week after I had surgery. Something I won't do again for quite awhile, but I'm not sorry I did it. I needed to feel normal for just one day, and I did. Made me happy.

and we have a conagra plant here in town so we have a conagra store. So I get them super cheap. 1.75 for a 3 pack and $6.50 for a 12 pack. I mean...come on. It's like 0.55 per one. Little evil carb filled things! But I don't seem to have problems with sugar or milk. Just fat. so.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
