Speaking of saggy skin.... I was laying next to hubby the other day and I just had on bra and panties... Well my bra is getting too big ( again) and the way I was laying my boob had "extra" skin that was just kinda wrinkly and he looked down and said eww... That looks just like a ball sack! I laughed and said joke all you want cuz next summer they will be big and perky again and you have to pay for it !!!!

Lmbo that's right he wants to enjoy let him pay

I had the RNY when I was 22. I lost 175 lbs. I ended up getting a Tummy Tuck 5 years later because I tried everything under the sun to get a tight stomach. Believe me' date=' no amount of creams or sit ups will get rid of saggy skin. Period.[/quote']

They did a great job! Are you getting any other Surgery done?

I will eventually. I'd like to have a breast lift and my thighs and butt lifted. You'd be crazy to do them all at once though. The Tummy Tuck alone took me a month to even stand up straight and not have to walk with a walker. Totally worth it though!

My moms recovery was rough too. She was slouched over for about a month she had drains and pain pumps... The works! But on the bright side she looks amazing.

As do you! Really Amazing! What about your Arms? My arms are killer!

Thanks for the pics!

I know I'm nuts but decided for my 35 birthday December I will get my boobs done. The rest August 2014. I'm getting fat transfer from my body to my butt this is the main reason why it needs to be done together. I think I'm a stuff woman. I handle 3 c sections & did it alone my spouse doesn't feed change diapers or carry babies. I slept with kids in crib. Took no pain killer at bed to be able to hear the kids. I then had WLS once again alone next day after WLS went food shopping with my teenager. If I'm having the worst pain ever & I need help I will call my Mami. She is always there for emergencies :) my teenager has a job now so I don't think she can take care of me next year.

I am NOT looking forward to the saggy skin either. I just hope that I will look decent enough to feel comfortable in clothing! I definitely don't think that this surgery will boost my confidence about my body, but I am not doing it for looks. This is for my health, my life, ME, not the visual pleasure of anyone else ;)

Has anyone looked into mammoplasty surgery for their boobs? It's pretty much a breast reduction. My mom had it done a couple of years ago and hers look great. If your saggy they take the extra skin off and reshape your boobs. And most insurances PAY for it if your having back problems and if you have bad shoulder divots from bra straps. I think that's what I'm going to go for. I never lose weight in my boobs so I'll still be a DD even if I'm 140lbs. But I can make them look better.

I had the mammoplasty back in 2004 and I was a 46DDD , you have to have so many cc's for the insurance to approve it, I was a 44C after the surgery and they told me in another 10 years is when they would suggest a lift

I think my mom was a 38DD and she went down to a full c. But shes back up to a D. They look alot better then they did before. I think they have to remove 250cc from each.

It was so worth it and it was nice having perky boobs while it lasted, now I'm losing my boobs due to weightloss so I have gone from 44c to 42 b

I never heard of it. I'm going to ask my doctor if my insurance cover this. If not back to paying 5,500 for boobs :)

I'm looking into it because it contributes to my chronic pain a great deal. Hopefully surgery would reduce the 44 f I currently lug around.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
