I'm out of country on business so not going to be able to weigh in for almost 2 weeks. Any guesses at how much I will lose?

I say 10 lbs... There is really nothing to do in the hotels after work but eat, drink, watch TV, work out or swim so we expect you to be in the pool or in the gym! LOL

Yeah I will have to look into the gym. It's a mine site in Madagascar. So I'm sure there is one, I'll ask around. 10lbs will be quite a bit I think. But will be very welcome ;-)

I find I can't have my regular shakes and haven't had the time to find ones that agree with me. I will have to just make sure I get my fish and chicken in where possible. Only thing is I also cannot get my 5 to 6 meals a day. But I do my best to make sure I'm getting what my body needs. I hope that it's not too much of a bad thing.

Have you tried nectar Protein Shakes? I got my samples last week and they are not bad at all, I keep at least one packet in my purse in case of "emergency" which means being away from home, the fruit ones are good, just add Water and ice!

The scale moved a little this morning so I'm excited about that. I have to remain consistant with the water that looks like that was my problem! THANKS FOR THE TIP!!! :)

Always glad to help a fellow loser.

I used to be a water baby ( I literally dream of swimming, and drinking water), and now I find that now I have to get back into the habit..

Just keep it up, and it will fall off. I am so keen to see if I am still losing but I forgot to pack my scale :-(

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
