Having a bad day n feeling down

I started using my cpap again do today I woke up with a bit of energy. Walked my dog for a long time because of the Striiv app (u guys should check it out) As soon as I got home my energy disappeared. Everyday I feel so tired and down like I'm dying. I ate some sliced turkey rolled up with 1/2 slice cheese. I got 1/2 of it down and my chest started hurting so I stopped eating. I was so hungry. Then immediately went to sleep so I missed a few hours of obsessively trying to drink ounces of Water to meet requirements. Went for a walk and on the way home started dry heaving and vomiting. Came home, waited an hour, ate 2oz applesauce and dumped again. I'm tired and I'm hungry and feel like crying. Everyday I can't get in enough calories, water or Protein.

Hey, it's ok. We have all been there. It's really hard early on. At your stage I lived on Dannon light vanilla Greek yogurt, nectar choc truffle protein shake and Kraft singles. I still don't like applesauce. Water is the most important then protein. Shakes are the easiest early on. I can't do pre made (made me sick) but some powders are ok. Hang in there. It does get better!
