By 1/10000 I mean 1.5 ounces of corned beef, 2 oz of cabbage, and about 3 bites of carrot, I took a small bite of my sons potato just to taste it.

I found the recipe in the website but tweaked it:

2 cups 1percent milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup trivia blend

2 t vanilla

Heat milk in micro 3 minutes. Meanwhile whisk eggs. Add trivia to eggs. While whisking eggs, add some hot milk then whisk into milk. Add vanilla. Put 7 or 8 small ramekins in a 9 x13 pan. Fill ramekins with custard. Pour a quart of hot Water in pan. Bake 325 Check at 30 minutes to see if done. Chill and eat.

You can use Splenda or nuctrisse. I like stevia. I always use the blends when cooking as they mix in better.

I made Avgolemono, it's a Greek lemon-chicken Soup (thanks to ShastaDaisy for the recipe).

My husband loved it, I thought it was just okay. I had it last week in a Greek restaurant and it was creamy and delicious. Mine wasn't as creamy as theirs and it tasted salty to me. We have lots of leftovers so we'll still be eating it.

It was really simple to make though, so if anyone is interested, here's the recipe I used: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2008/02/dinner-tonight-avgolemono-greek-lemon-and-rice-soup-recipe.html

I had crab legs :)

I looked it up first and saw the Protein content and it was so good on protein. I had such a small amount it barely adds up to anything though.

At least you got Protein in, lol. Hey, I've been tempted believe me. I was in Burger King today with my family, good thing I took my Fruit20 to keep me busy, lol. I'm just afraid I'll get sick. Once in a while isn't a big deal.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
