  • Made buffalo chicken tenders . Found the recipe on the Hurley medical center website when I was googling gastric bypass friendly recipes. Had 34 g of protein per piece and I could eat about 1/4. Easy

I honestly wished I liked seafood. When I was young I had so many issues of getting sick after eating it. Since it scares me. Also tuna fish cold or smoked fish has treated me well. Once it's heated up' date=' I would get sick from it.

Baked tilapia. It was delicious. Had some peas too and I always have a hard time digesting them.

See Tilapia. I would love to say I had that. My dad is going to make me a salmon dinner one night. I hope it goes well too. Good, lean protein.
