I want a club sandwich from this family resturant here. The old fashion one not like subway. Toast cheese turkey ham and bacon lettuce and tomato, they cut it into 4's i think i may try it next week lol

Y'all are so freakin brave! I eat the same 5 food over and over again, lol.

I try to my main stuff is a scrambled egg turkey bacon, the FF refried beans bloated me too fast and Roller said dont eat them, i am only trying stuff he said i can eat all lean meats. And cheeses, i just cant have raw veggies yet. My biggest thing is getting the freaking protein in. So if the only way is with meats thing thats what i gotta do.

I had the Adkins chicken broccoli Alfredo. 26 grams of protein and it was delicious!!! I have a breakfast sausage one to try tomorrow. I'm just going to have to fill my freezer with them

Couple saltine crackers' date=' 1/4c tomato soup, 1/4 grilled cheese.[/quote']

How far out are you? I'm afraid of the crackers!

Crackers are easy for me. I'm 3-1/2 months post op. I normally don't eat any bread, but I did tonight.

Oh ok, when did you start eating it? I'm still puréed but I'm looking forward to soft foods

You can always get the wheat crackers they arent bad . Whole wheat toast, some of my menu items in my manual and on the weight loss surgery for dummies suggest 3 crackers with soup and tuna salads

I buy the low-fat saltines I usually eat one serving which is 5 crackers has 2 grams if protein and 50 calories

Puréed you can have saltines. I puréed tuna salad and ate it like a patte on whole grain saltines. The reason you can have them is cuz when you chew them they soften so much.

Saltines were one of the first solids I ate. I have craved salty foods since surgery. The saltines melt completely and make a paste. I was probably 3 weeks post op when I ate them. My serving size is usually 3.

I've had kashi zesty salsa pita crisps and the fire roasted veggie snack crackers. Dip in hummus or laughing cow cheese lite wedges. Yum!

Just remember' date=' if your full, you do NOT have to finish it all. We are so used to needing to finish what's on our plates. Do measure but its okay not to finish. It's a new thing to get used to. Good luck.

I have never since the surgery have had a sensation of being full... I just take a couple bites and leave it alone because I'm afraid of being sick

I tried the tuna tonight and my taste buds didn't agree at all! I am disappointed because I really used to like tuna.. Oh well

I had tuna for lunch with a tablespoon of light mayo with a tablespoon of dill relish, with whole wheat ritz crackers and was so good.

I just had a banana small, so far no problems.

Not sure what i will have for dinner. I bought some natural skippy peanut butter thats on my list may have a peanut butter and reduced sugar jelly. Not sure
