after being told I was denied almost 2 weeks ago because the insurance company had 2 very important pieces of my files that didnt go through the fax, sometimes when you fax more then 2 pieces of paper which i am sure there were at least 30 sheets to fax, the one about my TSH (thyroid test) and my support letter from my doctor didnt go through. so they denied me.

well after much pushing on my part with the insurance and the clinic and all the paper work summited. and then having a Peer to peer doctor to doctor (insurance doctor and the surgeon)

I WAS APPROVED YESTERDAY!!!!

I am so so happy, and now a bundle of nerves and scared to death.

Great!! Congrats!! I was so worried that mine wouldn't approve it and was totally amazed when I was approved the same day that my surgeon submitted! Mine had to be submitted verbally on the phone.

Awesome.....I am glad you did not accept the "no" answser and dug deeper. Just because they say NO I want to know why and all the detail. We are all humans and make errors AND the insurance company goofs up more than not - so for all you people that have been declined don't accept it until you fought to the bitter end!!!
