Frozen Whip Cream

When I was on my South Beach diet years ago I used to have frozen whip cream in place of ice cream due to 1 gram of sugar per 2 tbs. Has anyone tried this? I have been craving ice cream and need an alternative.

It sounds delicious. Another idea: freeze fruit and put it in a blender. Same with jello. It makes an ice cream type consistency. Never heard of frozen whip cream but it sounds like a great idea.

You've never seen Cool Whip in your grocery store's freezer? Where do you live, bakawaka? If I come off as rude, I apologize, but I thought everybody knew about Cool Whip.

Is there fat-free, sugar-free cool whip? I do not detect rudeness - no worries

Cool Whip Lite has just 1 gram of fat and 3 grams of carbs per 2 tablespoon serving.

When I was younger I used to take a spoonful of frozen cool whip and add the sugar sprinkles! I hadn't thought of using frozen cool whip (minus the sugar sprinkles!!). I will have to try it!
