My surgery is on December 3... & I have my pre op tomorrow as well and I am deffinatly scared and nervous

I am on day 4 of liquid diet. So far so good, 4-5 specific protein drinks, water and raw veggies. I need to focus on mindful eating, small bites and thoroughly chewing. Surgery Dec. 5 at 11 am. All appointments are complete. One week from tomorrow will be my day!

I start a 2 week optifast diet on December 5. I'm a little worried, but determined to suck it up... Pun intended. Good luck. How long are you on it?

Snow, 4 weeks total, I've just finished week 1. I'm finding it very hard. It could also be because I used to be a chef and was always around food. Just left the industry and am starting a new life which includes this surgery and new career

OMG it just hit me.... I have my pre op tomorrow and then my surgery on the following monday (12-03-12) only 5 more days eeekkkk I am one big ball of nerves right now I am excited but scared to death I didn't think it would happen so fast I decided to do wls at the end of august after a friend had hers and everything has flew by with no problems at all it makes me think this is happening for a reason and I should take advantage of it lol

Why does the list of December surgeries look they way it does? Maybe it's just because I'm viewing on my cell but their is codes everywhere.

Mine had all those numbers code things too!
