    My dec 10 date was tentative. So I wasn't shocked when they said the 12th. I think this liquid diet is to keep our minds off of our nerves. I'm too pissed and hungry to be scared!

    OMG it just hit me.... I have my pre op tomorrow and then my surgery on the following monday (12-03-12) only 5 more days eeekkkk I am one big ball of nerves right now I am excited but scared to death I didn't think it would happen so fast I decided to do wls at the end of august after a friend had hers and everything has flew by with no problems at all it makes me think this is happening for a reason and I should take advantage of it lol

    Surgery date Dec 18th Toronto Ontario Canada. Anyone else out there struggling with optifast?

    I'm on week 3 of optifast it does get better ice lost 17 lbs. I've had some high protein food here and there...human . Hang in there. I use a lot of the torani sugar free syrups
