That is what I am worried about (denial due to being healthy just morbidly obese). I do not have any co morbidities that I am diagnosed with, I believe I have sleep apnea, borderline high BP, joint issues and i know for sure i have Polycystic ovarian syndrome but that isn't considered a morbidity.

I was approved and I only have hypothyroid (under active thyroid) and sleep apnea. And obviously a high BMI. Morbidly obese. I think you have to prove so many years of failed diets.

Howdy Neighbor! I'm also in Orlando! I'm hoping to have surgery sometime in the next month or 2. I go the 30th for my consult. I already have done the diet, nutritionist, I go wed for my psych eval. I have my clearance appts scheduled for the 5th and 10th of December. I'm so ready. Congrats on your surgery date!

I too have 7 days until surgery! Not nervous yet.. Had my preop appt already. Now to finish the last week of liquids... Very excited that I lost 11 lbs in 6 days!

Know the feeling on Christmas but I can top you one...my birthday is the 23rd of December. So it is my present for both Christmas and Birthday to me.

That's great! You lost more then me on the supervise diet of 30 days I only lost 15lbs in 1 month.

I'm a December baby too! My surgery is on the 13th and my birthday is on the 15th. Happy birthday everyone!
