I do keep saying that and I look forward to losining weight. Its the strict diet and basically making myself sick to lose weight. The reality has set in. This no longer a wish or dream its happening.

I agree with you reality has definitely set in. I start my liquid diet tomorrow morning and I am just realizing this is the last day I can eat what I used to! It's really sobering because I think there might be a little grieving process that will go on after surgery. Don't get me wrong, I am looking forward to even the liquid diet and then surgery and life after losing weight but man will I ever get to eat cheesecake again???
