Hope all is well and your progresses are moving forward.

So, today I go see my surgeon for my pre op visit. I get my 1000 cal diet at this time and start it on Monday. I am getting anxious and giddy! I have yet to find a protein drink that I like, they all taste blah and coat my tongue.. weird! Suggestions?

I am 41 Start weight in May 288 lbs currently 272 lbs.

I can have 4 bottles of Ensure plus three cups of skim milk per day... Not sure how it will be but will keep you posted

Lucky you, I get to drink 4-5 instant s/f Breakfast drinks with Water a day for two weeks. I was told I could take in 1 8oz serving of fat free milk a day. Lord give me patience and let my family still love me when I am through this..lol

your suggestion of creating another account is probably the best way to go. under all the FB rules in explainatiion is very vague as to who can see it. Better safe than sorry!
