    Thanks for the welcome !! I'm on day two of the liquid diet and the more I'm trying not to think of it the more I do ! I need one of those EASY buttons from staples !! Lol

    Can someone tell me what liquids they have done. I c that some say clear liquids but others say just liquids.... Also I was told that u could eat one meal a day as long as its not greasy. Help me out guys who have already been through this liquid diet

    Ok, just got some info from my surgeon:

    7 days before he wants me to do a high protein (75 to 85 grams per day) diet, low fat, low sugar

    4 days before only clear liquids and protein drinks

    24 hrs before do not drink alcoholic beverages

    Night before no food or drink after midnight, includes water, gum & mints
