I think that depends on your job activities if your employed . I'm back to work after 4 weeks but I have a physically demanding job . If I had a desk job my doc said two weeks !!

Thanks, Bid Lou!! I was just wondering. It's been two months since my surgery, and I did not want to mess up anything.

No problem , I still watch how I lift heavy things at work , but no problems yet !! Lol

I had surgery on a Friday and was back in the office on Tuesday.

I was out for 6 weeks but, I ran into some trouble with infections. When I asked prior to the infections my doc recommends 3 weeks out and I have a desk job.

I will be our for 4 weeks. I go back to work on Tuesday ;)

Becuse of my job 7 weeks no heavy lifting and no workouts walking was fine

Surgery Anniversary 7/30/12

I took two weeks off and went back to work.

How long is the healing process for GBP surgery?

I took 3 weeks off back to work tomorrow.
