Thanks. I feel amazing. I walk 2 miles daily. I'm running my first 5K at the end of September. I hoping to purchase an Elliptical and/or Rowing machine around Nov.

Bought my first pair of pants in a size 10, in a non plus size store. I don't think I have EVER been a size 10!!!

Today is my surgeriversary 10/3/12 I am 1 year out. It went by fast. I have lost 92 lbs was 225 now 133. I'm amazed! I have 8 more lbs I would like to lose but if I stay at this weight I will be okay.

I will be one year out on 10/09 and I am down 112 lbs. stating weight 235 current weight 123 goal weight 115. Wow! What an accomplishment!
