Hi All!

I'm new to this app and I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kai and I had bypass at the end of July. I've lost 40 pounds so far... I don't really know if that's normal or not. I look forward to talking with you all... Support is an awesome thing to have. :)

I am not stalled per se but the weight is coming off so slowly now. I am losing a couple pounds per week. It's very frustrating when your eating next to nothing and exercising almost everyday. Ive been making sure to have a Protein shake daily though, cause I think that's really important to keeping up with nutrients and losing the weight. Good luck I hope it starts coming off again.

Welcome and congrats!

Looks like there are a few of us that had their surgery the end of July.

Everyone loses at their own pace 1-3 lbs a week is doing just fine nothing to be ashamed of.

I have lost 33 lb since surgery and my doctor says that is just great. You don't want to lose to fast it not health

Stay away from the scale 1 time a week or you will drive your self nuts

Yes the scale will drive you crazy. When I'm at a stall I will skip the next week.
